About Eriko

When I was 18 I followed in my father's footsteps and started studying acupuncture at the Meiji   Universityin IMG 1955 2
Kyoto where I graduated in 2006. My 4 year acupuncture study also included a one year internship in the University hospital where I worked in all departments.
Further experience I gained in several clinics in Osaka where I worked in weekends and during holidays. After graduation I worked full-time (6 days a week) for more than three years in an acupuncture clinic in Osaka where I have gained an extensive experience with the acupuncture treatment of many different health problems.
I moved to China in 2009 in order to study Tai Chi Quan and to gain experience in the Chinese style of acupuncture.

In 2011 I left China for one year to learn aromatherapy massage in London to complement my acupuncture treatment. After coming back to China I continued my own practice in acupuncture and aromatherapy massage. In China I treated many people from different countries with different problems. In 2014 I left China and moved with my Dutch husband to Heerenveen where I have started Nagomi Japanese Acupuncture.
